Overview
Steamed chicken is one of my favorite dishes. The preparation is very simple and the taste is very delicious. The most important thing is to use the steaming method. Firstly, it is healthy and secondly it is delicious. The main thing is that I, a cooking woman, can absorb less of the fumes. Steamed chicken is very popular whether it is a home-cooked dish or a banquet dish. As long as you chop the chicken well and put some thought into embellishments, a plate of steamed chicken with full color, fragrance and flavor will be the icing on the cake for your table.

Take half a native chicken, remove the chicken butt, clean all the internal organs and other debris in the chicken belly, rinse with clean water until there is no blood

Rub the chicken body with 2 grams of salt, 5ML light soy sauce and 5ML cooking wine, add ginger slices and green onion segments and marinate for an hour

Steam the marinated chicken in a steamer, bring the water to a boil, then turn to low heat and steam for 18 minutes

Chop green onions, coriander and garlic into mince

Heat oil in a pan, add minced garlic and saute until fragrant

Cook two tablespoons of light soy sauce, a very fresh soup, half a tablespoon of cooking wine, a small amount of pepper, and a tablespoon of water and bring to a boil

Add chopped green onions and coriander, mix well and serve as dipping sauce
