First make the black sesame filling, put the black sesame paste, sugar and cooked cake powder into a bowl.

Mix into a ball and divide into 10g portions.

Peel the pumpkin, cut into thin slices, and steam for about 5 minutes.

Put the steamed pumpkin into a bowl, press it as much as you like, and pour in sugar and glutinous rice flour while it's still hot.
