Boil water in a small pot, blanch the squid pieces, curl them and take them out quickly to prevent the squid from getting old

Drain the squid rolls and prepare other ingredients. I like spicy food, so I added dried chili shreds

Heat oil in a wok, stir-fry peppercorns until fragrant, remove and retain the peppercorn oil after turning black

Add ginger and garlic slices, dried chili peppers (optional), green and red chili peppers and stir-fry
