Overview
This is a meal replacement low-fat snack. You can usually use it to soak in milk, mix with yogurt, mix with salads, and pair with porridge. I prefer eating it as it is and it tastes delicious.

Put 100g oatmeal, 38g pumpkin seeds, 38g cranberries, and 38g organic pine nuts into a container

Add 30g of fine sugar and 25g of honey

Add 29g of egg whites and mix well.

Preheat the oven to 170 degrees and spread the grains flat on the gold plate.
