Mint Lean Pork Porridge
Overview
During the flu season, if you feel uncomfortable with a cold, have a bowl of lean pork porridge with mint and ginger shreds to dispel wind and cold.

First cook a pot of white porridge: bring to a boil over high heat, then simmer for about 20 minutes. If you like a thicker texture, simmer for a longer time

Slice the lean meat, marinate with a little salt, sesame oil, and starch for about 15 minutes. (When buying pork fan bones, remove the excess lean meat from the bones. The meat around the bones will taste more delicious.)

Fresh mint leaves grown at home, washed and boned, leaving the leaves

Pour into the pot and cook over low heat

After the mint leaves are boiled, add the lean meat

Pour in the lean meat and simmer for 10 minutes, then turn off the heat and add appropriate amount of salt. Complete
