Chili Pork Fried Noodles

Chili Pork Fried Noodles

Overview

I have always loved pasta the most. I like soup noodles, fried noodles, stewed noodles, meat and vegetables, and everyone is welcome. Fried noodles are my favorite. I've been busy lately and haven't had time to cook. If you have some free time today, let's try some fried noodles with shredded pork and chili to satisfy your cravings. For the chili peppers, red and green peppers were chosen for color matching. The shredded pork is fresh pork of the day. The onion has purple skin, also for the beautiful color of the fried noodles. If you don't have it, you can use white onion instead. The onions can also be replaced with bean sprouts or rapeseed, and the other ingredients of the fried noodles remain unchanged. The ingredients used can be of any type as long as you like it.

Steps

  1. Cut the pork tenderloin into shreds, add appropriate amount of cooking wine, salt, and pepper powder, stir, and let sit for fifteen minutes to absorb the flavor. Personally, thicker pork shreds have a better texture, and the thickness of the pork shreds can be arbitrary.

  5. Add a little salt to the noodles in a pot of boiling water. The salt is placed in the water to prevent the noodles from boiling. Boil the noodles until they are slightly hard, then drain them into cold water. Generally, they need to be cooled at least twice before they are completely cooked, so that they are chewy when fried. Mix appropriate amount of cooking oil into the drained noodles to prevent them from sticking and set aside.
