Sesame Cinnamon Rolls
Overview
I often see friends using cinnamon to make snacks. I also like the medicinal aroma of cinnamon very much. Although I don’t know much about the medicinal value of cinnamon, I often use it as a seasoning in cooking. Today I checked the effects of cinnamon: Cinnamon is a Chinese medicinal material with high medicinal value. It has been widely used in the treatment and relief of many diseases for many years. It is the dried bark of cinnamon, a common Lauraceae plant in southern my country. It smells sweet, purplish red, and has a strong aroma. Due to its high medicinal value, it was later included in the dictionary of traditional Chinese medicine and has been used by generations of medical practitioners. Cinnamon has the functions of warming kidney yang, replenishing essence and blood, strengthening joints, dispelling cold and relieving pain, activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis, warming the spleen and stomach, unblocking blood vessels, and tonifying the middle and replenishing qi. If you have a cold constitution and your hands and feet are afraid of cold, eating some cinnamon regularly will have a therapeutic effect.

Prepare cinnamon powder, add sugar, sesame seeds and peanut powder into the cinnamon powder and stir well. Set aside.
