Cut the green and red peppers into small pieces, cut the king oyster mushrooms into pieces, cut the green onion into small pieces, flatten the garlic and cut it into two pieces, and slice the ginger.

Fried peanuts in hot pan and cold oil until crispy.

Serve in a bowl and set aside.

Blanch the king oyster mushrooms in a pot of boiling water, add a little sugar, and after the water boils, take them out and drain them into cold water.
