For lunch, I made the leftover noodles and fillings from Siomai. I divided them into small portions, rolled them into dough, and wrapped them into pot stickers.

Heat the wok and add oil.

Place the pot stickers in order.

Cover over medium heat.

Flip after 1 minute.

When cooked, remove from the pan and serve.
