Lily Dandelion Egg Soup
Overview
Spring is the season when flowers bloom, and the dandelions that can clear away heat and detoxify are also blooming now. I picked some dandelions, paired them with soothing lily petals, and cooked a bowl of simple and light fire-removing soup.

Choose dandelions with flowers and wash the flowers and leaves separately.

Put oil in the pot and sauté the chives until fragrant.

Add a bowl of stock and a pinch of salt and bring to a boil.

Add dandelion leaves.

After boiling, break up the eggs and pour them into egg droplets.
