Chives and Pork Dumplings
Overview
I grew some leeks on the roof of my building, so I cut some of them to wrap in dumplings. They were so delicious.

Prepare the ingredients: as shown in the picture.

Wash and chop leeks.

Add soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar, pepper, and shrimp skin powder to the minced pork and mix well.

Add leeks.

Mix thoroughly and serve.

Take a piece of dumpling wrapper and put appropriate amount of fillings on it to wrap it how you like.

Wrap them in turn.

Add water to the pot and bring to a boil. Add the dumplings and continue to boil. Turn to medium heat and cook. Add half a bowl of cold water and bring to a boil. The dumplings are ready when they float.
