Wash the materials and cut into large pieces.

Heat and melt the coconut oil, add onions and stir-fry.

Add chicken and stir-fry until browned.

Add potatoes and carrot cubes and stir-fry.

Add milk and simmer for 30 minutes.

Add the curry cubes and cook for another 10 minutes to absorb the flavour.

Add seasoning to taste.

Squeeze a piece of lemon on it while it's hot, it's so sour and soothing!
