Grilled chestnuts with mushrooms
Overview
Chestnut contains a large amount of starch, as well as protein, vitamins and other signature nutrients. It is known as the king of dried fruits. Put the wok on the fire, heat the pan with cold oil, add the chestnuts and mushrooms and stir-fry until the cooked mushrooms are steamed.

After stir-frying the water, add 2 teaspoons of light soy sauce and 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce
