Wash the edamame (do not wash and peel off the outer membrane) and cut the dried fragrant into small pieces. Cut the pig head into small pieces. Add cornstarch and cooking wine and mix well. Chop the ginger and garlic.

Pour oil, ginger, garlic and pork into the pot, add some soy sauce and stir-fry (high heat).

Pour in the edamame and dried sesame seeds and stir-fry until there is no moisture. Pour in boiling water to cover half of the beans and stir-fry while cooking. Add salt, light soy sauce, and a little vinegar and stir-fry. When the soup thickens, add green onions.

Finally, when the soup is thickened, put it in the pot and put it on the plate (you need a little soup, don't fry it dry and have a bad taste)
