As someone who loves mushrooms in the South, I prefer Northeastern cuisine because it is all-inclusive and can satisfy different taste buds at one time while replenishing the body’s different nutritional needs. I couldn't buy daylilies, so I used my favorite shiitake mushrooms instead. .
