Overview
Today I couldn't resist my daughter's repeated requests and agreed to make bread with her. The bread made by the bread machine always feels a bit hard and the texture is not satisfactory; the bread made in the oven tastes very good, but the most hesitant part is the early stage of kneading the dough. By chance, a colleague told me a clever trick, which is to use a bread machine to knead the dough and then use the oven to make bread. The effect is very good. So I decided to give it a try today.

Put 1 egg, appropriate amount of water (about 100 grams), 3 grams of salt, 300 grams of bread flour, 3 grams of yeast, 15 grams of milk powder, about 20 grams of olive oil, butter as needed, and 40 grams of white sugar into the bread barrel of the ACA bread machine.

Put the bread bucket into the bread machine, close the lid, select the "12-rise dough" menu, and press the start button to start. This process takes 1 hour and 30 minutes, waiting.

Roll up the dough into a tube shape. My daughter also made several donut shapes. Then put it into the baking pan and cover it with plastic wrap for secondary fermentation for 30 minutes. This process can be carried out in the oven.

After the secondary fermentation of the dough is completed, cut a knife on each cylindrical dough to create a slit, coat the surface of the bread with egg liquid, and fill the slits with meat floss, sesame seeds and other ingredients according to personal preference.

Preheat the oven to 170 degrees, place the bread dough in the middle of the oven, and turn the heat up and down for 25 minutes before taking it out of the oven. After it came out of the oven, my daughter spread chocolate all over one of the buns and thought it was a chocolate donut! Hehehe....
