Cut the steamed buns into small dices, dice the ham, chop the green onions and set aside, stir-fry the black sesame seeds

Break the eggs into a bowl and add salt

Add black sesame seeds and mix well

Pour in the diced steamed buns

Stir evenly so that the diced steamed buns are evenly coated with the egg liquid

Put oil in the pot

When the oil is hot, add the diced steamed buns and fry until the surface is golden brown

Dish out and set aside

Leave a small amount of oil at the bottom of the pot and add chopped green onion

After the chopped green onions are fragrant, add the diced ham and stir-fry for a while. Add the fried diced steamed buns, add an appropriate amount of cumin powder, and stir-fry.
