Scrambled eggs with green bamboo shoots
Overview
The freshest ingredients, using the simplest cooking methods, and enjoying the natural flavor are my highest requirements for cooking food. If you have a good oil on hand, always give it a try. Green bamboo shoots (also called lettuce or others) are harvested in our local area in spring and autumn, and now is the time to eat them. Buy two bamboo shoots with young leaves, blanch the young leaves and simply mix them, which is also very delicious. (I ate it in the evening, so I can’t take a picture, or I just ate two dishes in one dish.) Eggs, needless to say, are an extremely familiar ingredient, and their deliciousness needs no description. Hehe! I love the tender eggs that come out of hot oil! It’s common to eat while frying. Don’t laugh, it’s true. I put the eggs and green bamboo shoots together and fried them, adding only a pinch of salt. It was as simple as that, but the result was a side dish that became more and more fragrant as it tasted. It must be complicated to be delicious.
