Overview
Celery and pork dumplings taste so delicious. Now that I think about what I did yesterday, my mouth is still watering.

Steps
-
Add yeast and knead the dough and wait for the dough to ferment.
-
Chop celery and pork into small pieces.
-
Add eggs, salt, MSG, oil and soy sauce and stir evenly.
-
Roll the fermented dough into strips and cut into small pieces.
-
Roll it into a round shape with a rolling pin. I saw dumpling wrappers sold in the supermarket. If you find it troublesome, you can go directly to the supermarket to buy dumpling wrappers. Be careful not to stick too much flour on one side of the dumpling wrappers, otherwise the dumpling wrappers won't stick together.
-
Add the stirred celery meat filling to the dumpling wrapper, fold the dumpling wrapper in half and pinch it together. Add water to the pot and bring to a boil. Add the dumplings. Stir them with a spoon immediately after adding them to prevent the dumplings from sticking to the pot or sticking together. Wait for the water to boil and then add some water to make it taste better. I forgot to take a picture of the finished product, so I just served it out and ate it.
