Fried rice noodles with shredded pork and chili

Preparation: I bought pho for 2 yuan (I didn’t ask how much it cost per catty? It was probably a catty).

Put the rice noodles into a large bowl and add dark soy sauce.

Preparation: Shred the lean meat, cut the pepper diagonally, cut the green onions into sections, mince the white green onions, and shred the carrots.

Add a little salt, pepper and oil to the lean pork shreds and mix well.

Heat oil in a pan, add shredded pork and stir-fry until it changes color, add green onions and stir-fry until fragrant.

Add shredded carrots, stir-fry chili pepper over high heat for a minute or two, then add some soy sauce and stir-fry evenly.

Then add the rice noodles and green onions.
