Banana Cake-Zero Basics No Butter Banana Bread

It’s almost the weekend, and it’s shopping day. There are a lot of bananas at home that are super soft, and my husband and I can’t finish them, so we made this super simple and quick version of banana cake (also called banana bread). No butter or whipping is required. It’s a super simple but super delicious banana bread. It’s crispy on the outside and soft and fluffy on the inside. The measurement units used below are: cup, teaspoon (teaspoon); tablespoon (tablespoon). This is not an arbitrary unit. In order to facilitate weighing in foreign countries, standardized measuring cups are used (available on a domestic treasure store, baking measuring spoon combination, if you can’t buy it, you can search on Baidu. 1cup, 1teaspoon, 1tablespoon correspond to the relative number of grams.)
