Baking masters who love DIY, of course, cannot allow themselves the slightest chance to be lazy. The PE8990SUG gives us a strong manual space, replacing manual dough kneading, solving difficult problems such as unstable fermentation temperature, and assuming the important role of coolie and doctor. People who have always insisted on kneading dough by hand and are pursuing glove membranes may not be able to accept that this can be completely done with a bread machine.

Add the ingredients except butter, dried raisins and oats to the bread machine.

Select the "Kneading" work mode and knead the dough for 15 minutes.

Put the butter in, select the "Kneading" setting and knead the dough for 15 minutes until it reaches the expansion stage.

Check whether the dough has reached the expansion stage.

Add dried raisins and oats, continue to select "Kneading" for 15 minutes, set the bread machine to the "self-programmed" program, and ferment for 45 minutes.

When the dough has doubled in size, take it out to stop fermentation.

Press and deflate the dough, divide into four equal portions, roll into balls and rest for 10 minutes.

Put the shaped dough into the bread machine, select the "self-programmed" program, and perform a 45-minute secondary fermentation.

After fermentation, brush the surface with egg wash.

After the fermentation is completed, select the "Bake" program and wait for 30 minutes.
