  1. Add the ingredients except butter, dried raisins and oats to the bread machine.

  2. Select the "Kneading" work mode and knead the dough for 15 minutes.

  3. Put the butter in, select the "Kneading" setting and knead the dough for 15 minutes until it reaches the expansion stage.

  4. Check whether the dough has reached the expansion stage.

  5. Add dried raisins and oats, continue to select "Kneading" for 15 minutes, set the bread machine to the "self-programmed" program, and ferment for 45 minutes.

  6. When the dough has doubled in size, take it out to stop fermentation.

  7. Press and deflate the dough, divide into four equal portions, roll into balls and rest for 10 minutes.

  8. Put the shaped dough into the bread machine, select the "self-programmed" program, and perform a 45-minute secondary fermentation.

  9. After fermentation, brush the surface with egg wash.
