Rabbit sausage buns
Overview
I have wanted to make this cute bunny shape for a long time. I always thought it was very complicated. In fact, it is quite simple to make. The cute bunny is holding a ham, and my daughter likes it very much.

Ingredients
Steps
-
Put milk, egg liquid, flour into the bread barrel, salt and sugar in the diagonal corners, and yeast in the middle
-
After kneading the dough for 20 minutes, add butter and knead the dough for another 20 minutes
-
Carry out fermentation
-
Take out the risen dough and deflate it, divide it into 8 portions, roll into balls and rest for 15 minutes
-
Roll into oval shape
-
Roll up the long side, pinch the joint firmly, and wait for a few minutes to wake up
-
Roll the strip into a long length, at least 40cm in length. Fold the strip in half and put the ham on it
-
First push one long strip up into the hole
-
Then stuff the other side in so that the rabbit shape comes out, and put it in the baking pan for fermentation
-
Brush the risen bread dough with egg wash and use red beans or cranberries to make eyes. I baked a few leftovers and painted them with chocolate sauce.

Preheat the oven and bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes. If the color is serious, cover with tin foil
