Ginger rice tea
Overview
As soon as spring comes, I am determined to lose weight. Today I made ginger rice tea and added two red dates to remove oil and relieve greasiness, scrape fat and slim down, warm the stomach and nourish the skin.

Steps
-
Prepare ingredients.
-
Wash the rice and drain it.
-
Wash, peel and cut the ginger into shreds, remove the core of the jujube and cut into strips.
-
Heat the pot over low heat, put the dry rice in and stir with a shovel over low heat.
-
Fry the rice for two to three minutes until the rice is basically dry.
-
Add the sliced ginger and fry for five minutes.
-
Then add the red date strips and stir-fry over low heat.
-
This is what it looks like after frying for fifteen minutes (don't be lazy, keep stirring with a shovel).
-
After 30 minutes, the rice slowly turned yellow and the ginger shreds also turned brown.
-
After 40 minutes, the ginger rice tea is ready. The aroma of rice, the sweet aroma of red dates and the aroma of ginger spread throughout the house.
-
Put the fried ginger rice tea into a bowl and let it cool. The rice will be browned, the ginger will be crisp, and the red dates will be crisp and sweet.
-
Let cool and put into prepared bottles.
-
Close the lid and close it.
-
Get yourself a drink first.
