Red Heart Dragon Fruit Rose Steamed Buns
Overview
The color of the red heart dragon juice is so beautiful that it tempted me to make something with it, so I came up with the test product of this dragon juice rose steamed bun. Although the color of the steamed buns was neutralized and restored by acid and alkali after steaming, the steamed buns tasted good, so I finally decided to upload the recipe of this test product.

Ingredients
Steps
-
200g flour
-
Dragon juice 100g
-
40g white sugar
-
20g lard
-
Yeast 4g
-
Milk powder 20g
-
Put the dragon juice, sugar and flour into the bread machine, make a hole in the flour and add the yeast.
-
Cover with yeast.
-
Stir it with chopsticks.
-
Use the low speed of the bread machine to mix the dough for 5-10 minutes.
-
Add lard.
-
The bread machine chooses to rise the dough, and it takes one and a half hours from start to finish.
-
After the dough has risen, use the bread machine at low speed to deflate the dough for 5 minutes (you can also deflate it manually), then divide it into two parts, each part being divided into 5 large and 1 small small dough.
-
Roll out 5 small pieces of dough and stack them one by one. Shape the smallest piece of dough into a shape with a larger size in the middle and smaller shapes on both sides.
-
Use chopsticks to press 5 dough sheets, and place the pointed dough ends on both sides on the left side of the dough sheets.
-
Roll it up from left to right.
-
Round.
-
Cut in half down the middle.
-
Push back the dough piece by piece, shape it into a rose shape, put it into the oiled steamer of the pressure cooker, and let it rise for the second time.
-
After 25 minutes, steam in cold water for 13 minutes, then turn off the heat and simmer for 5 minutes before opening the lid. The pressure cooker does not have a pressure valve.
-
Remove from the pan.
