Cut the tofu into thick slices and set aside.

Heat the oil pan and fry the tofu slices.

Fry the tofu slices until both sides are golden brown and crispy.

Mince the garlic and chop the coriander and set aside.

Mix sauce, sesame paste, light soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, appropriate amount of water, salt and minced garlic to make a sauce.
