Many babies don't like to eat vegetables, but the rich vitamins and other nutrients contained in vegetables are necessary for growth. In order for babies to have comprehensive nutrition and healthy growth, how should mothers tactfully put vegetables into their babies' mouths? There are many methods, but they all remain the same. Wash the purple cabbage, boil the water in the pot, blanch the purple cabbage for 1 minute, add it to a food processor and add a little less water to make a puree. tips. Replace with any vegetables you want.
-
100g purple cabbage puree, add 100g flour.
-
Beat 1 egg and add to the flour. tips. Beat it up and add it to make it easy to mix.
-
There are also 130g of milk, stir well. Finally, take a spoonful and drip it down until it flows like a line, but don't make it too thin! Tips. If you replace milk with water, reduce the amount by about 10g.
-
Don't turn on the heat, don't add oil, just use a spoon to scoop the food into the pot one by one. After ladling it, turn on the heat and set it to medium heat. Tips. This is my experience from making waffles many times. If you don’t turn on the heat first, you can ensure that the color of the outer ring and the inner ring of a pancake are the same. There will be no phenomenon of dark color in the middle and light color at the edges.
-
When small bubbles appear, immediately turn to low heat. When the color of the edge of the cake becomes darker, you can turn it over. Look at the picture below. You can see that there are bubbles in the cake around it. The cake in the middle is just turned over and it is just right.
-
I took 2 photos of soap flakes. The last two cakes were cooked too slowly and the color was a bit darker. Once you decide to flip it over, do it in one go and do it quickly. On the other side, fry for about 1 minute.
-
The finished cake is very flexible and can be bent without breaking. Add cooked or freshly fried rice to one side of the pancake.
-
Press the other side over and hold it down with a piece of fruit. If the baby is relatively small and cannot hold it well, you can tie it with green onions to make it easier for the baby to eat.

It’s also great to eat the waffles as they are!
