Wash the edamame in water and remove the sediment on the surface of the edamame.

Use scissors to cut both ends of the edamame.

Put the processed edamame into the pot, add water to cover the edamame, and add all the seasonings.

Cook on high heat for 15 minutes, then turn off heat.

Soak the cooked edamame in salt water until cool, remove and serve.
