Overview

Very simple steps to complete a pot of braised pork. The first meal consisted of white rice and two vegetarian dishes. When eating the second meal, add a few pieces of carrots, potatoes, cabbage, and a handful of vermicelli, and another simple and delicious meal is born.   1. Wash the pork belly and cut into small pieces

  2. Pour oil into the pot. When it is 50% hot, pour in sugar and fry until it turns into caramel color

  3. Pour the pork cubes into the pot, stir-fry over medium heat until the edges are golden brown

  4. Pour in all the seasonings and hot water to cover the meat. Turn on medium-low heat and cover. You can lift the cover halfway to check the amount of water, maturity and saltiness
