Soak the tofu in boiling water for about 10 minutes. (Add a little salt to the boiling water)

Chop the onions, ginger, and garlic separately, cut the millet and pepper into small rings, and cut the leeks into small pieces.

Pour an appropriate amount of oil into the pot, add onion, ginger, garlic, millet pepper and stir-fry over low heat until fragrant.
