Stir-fried Pork Liver with Bitter Melon
Overview
I believe that many people don't like to eat pork liver and bitter melon, and I'm not one of them. But we can't always be so picky about food, so I tried these two things today. In fact, they are not as unpalatable as I thought.

Prepare ingredients.

Wash the pork liver, season with cooking wine, cornstarch, oil, and salt and marinate for 15 minutes.

Cut the bitter melon and remove the seeds.

Cut into smaller pieces again.

Put the oil in the pan and stir-fry the bitter melon.

Pour in the seasonings (soy sauce, salt, oyster sauce) and stir-fry.

Add appropriate amount of sugar and stir-fry.

Finally add the pork liver and stir-fry until cooked.
