Cut the ribs into lengths of about 9CM and cut the taro into rectangular strips

Use the WOLL diamond multifunctional cooking pot to boil an appropriate amount of water, add the ribs and blanch them for a while, then remove them

Marinate the blanched pork ribs with seasonings for about 1 hour

Heat the WOLL diamond multifunctional cooking pot, add salad oil and sauté the ginger slices

Add the marinated pork ribs

Fry the pork ribs until they change color

Add some more barbecued pork sauce

Add appropriate amount of water

Cover and cook over low heat
