Cocoa Almond Cookies
Overview
I was too lazy to go to the store today and spent the rainy day at home with my little one. This biscuit is very easy to make, crispy and delicious. But the method is very simple.

Steps
-
Soften the butter to room temperature ahead of time. Pour the powdered sugar into the butter and beat evenly with a hand mixer.
-
Add 15g of egg liquid in two batches, stirring each time until completely combined before adding the second time.
-
Combine cake flour and cocoa powder and mix well.
-
Sift the flour into step 2 and mix evenly with a rubber spatula.
-
After mixing well, add 30g almond slices, cut and mix again.
-
Then take it out and pour it onto a cutting board, grasp it gently with your hands, and shape it into a triangle shape. Wrap in cling film and place in the refrigerator for half an hour.
-
Then take it out, cut it into thin slices of about 3mm, and place it on a test tray lined with oil paper.
-
Preheat the oven to 170 degrees. In the middle layer, heat up and down for 10-15 minutes.
