Pine crispy fried chicken

Overview

When I was in school, I thought KFC and McDonald’s were so expensive! Students who can often eat KFC and McDonald's must be students with good family conditions. When I had the conditions to go, I found that those fast food were not to my liking at all. I would rather eat a bowl of noodles on the roadside than eat a burger. But the fried chicken wings are still good, I eat them once in a while. Homemade fried chicken wings taste slightly different from those outside, but they are equally delicious. Eating them at home is healthier and more reliable. If you make them at home, you can use as much high-end oil as you want. You don’t have to worry about gutter oil and reused oil harming our bodies.

Steps

  1. After cleaning the chicken wings, use toothpicks to poke small holes evenly on the chicken wings, then marinate with one spoon of rice wine, half a spoon of black pepper, one spoon of salt, half a spoon of allspice, one chive, and 3 slices of ginger for 30 minutes. (Punching small holes in the chicken wings is to make the chicken wings more flavorful. If you don’t have time, marinate for 30 minutes. If you have enough time, marinate in advance and put it in the refrigerator overnight.)
