Blue crab and potato soup
Overview
A friend gave me a few blue crabs, which were very powerful. I only got the chance to do this after they were injured by their companions. I searched many ways on the Internet and found that this method is quite simple, easy to learn, and very delicious. It’s a pity that we only have sweet potato starch at home. Since sweet potatoes cannot be eaten with blue crabs, we didn’t put it in. If we use something else to thicken it, the soup will be thicker and the taste will be better!
