Cookie-shaped orange baked cookies
Overview
This is the first time I’m sharing a recipe, so I’m a little excited! Besides, it’s the first day of fasting after two weeks of fasting, so why not eat something that will make you feel happy! I drank freshly squeezed orange juice this evening, because the juicer came with the bread machine, which was not the kind I wanted. I couldn’t bear to throw away the pomace from this juicer. The thick juice was clearly contained in it! But after taking one bite, you will definitely feel like you are going to be defeated by the orange juice! So I couldn't bear to throw away the pomace, and I couldn't eat it, so I was confused! Suddenly I had an idea, why not make cookies and peach cakes~ So I boldly tried it. It was not successful, but it was very fragrant and delicious, so it is worth sharing~ The elegant orange fragrance feels great!

Ingredients
Steps
-
Squeeze the juice from four navel oranges, drink the juice and save the pomace.
-
Melt a small box of butter (I floated the box directly on hot water), put it together with an egg into 4 cups of flour, then add a small amount of water and an appropriate amount of white sugar, then add the pomace and a piece of cheese and stir together.
-
Knead the dough into a ball of medium softness and firmness, then cover it with plastic wrap and place it in the refrigerator to rest for an hour or so.
-
Take out the dough, knead it again, then flatten it slightly and place the raisins on it.
-
Roll up the dough with raisins and place it in the refrigerator for forty minutes. Originally it was supposed to be frozen a little hard and easy to cut, but it was too late and I couldn't wait any longer, so I took it out directly, cut it with a knife and shaped it into small cakes.
-
Place aluminum foil under the pancake, place in the oven, and bake at 210 degrees for 20 minutes.
-
The slightly mushy feeling on the surface is the best!
-
Take it out! Be careful! It's hot!
