Peel, wash and cut the wild rice into hob cubes. Remove the film from the garlic, flatten and chop into small pieces. Add the above seasonings except oil and mix into a bowl of juice

Stir-fry minced garlic in hot oil

Pour in the wild rice and stir-fry for a while

Fry until the wild rice is slightly browned and pour in the juice

Cover the pot and simmer

Cook until the cooked wild rice juice is almost reduced
