I have always liked eating meat floss. Whether it is meat floss cakes, made into bread, or sprinkled on cakes, I think it tastes great~ I bought a piece of chicken breast and made sesame and seaweed meat floss O(∩_∩)O haha~

  1. After defrosting the chicken breast, remove the fascia and cut into small pieces. Cut green onions into small pieces, peel and slice garlic and ginger, and prepare bay leaves and Sichuan peppercorns.

  2. Put an appropriate amount of water into the pressure cooker, put all the seasonings into the pot, and add a little cooking wine. Put on steam and cook for about 15 to 20 minutes.

  3. Take out the cooked chicken and drain off excess water.

  4. Use a rolling pin to flatten the chicken as thin as possible.

  5. Tear the chicken into thin strips along the grain of the chicken.

  6. Add salt, dark soy sauce, corn oil, white sugar and allspice.

  7. Stir slowly over low heat.

  8. When the floss slowly dries, add white sesame seeds and tear into the shredded seaweed.

  9. After stir-frying evenly, you can turn off the heat and take out the pan~

  10. Let the floss cool completely.
