Ciabatta Bread
Overview
Ciabatta is also called ciabatta bread. It is a crispy Italian bread with a crispy crust and a soft and moist interior. It is not greasy at all and the more you chew it, the more addictive it becomes. The interior has attractive air holes and is perfect for sandwiches or as a side dish with soup. This kind of bread contains a lot of water, so you need to use hand flour when working with the dough.
