Braised pork ribs
Overview
There are many ways to cook pork ribs, but the most basic and traditional braised pork ribs is my favorite. The ingredients are very simple, just a few star anise, two fragrant leaves, and a stick of cinnamon. Even bay leaves and cinnamon are not needed, just star anise is enough. This simplest braised pork ribs perfectly beats the grilled pork ribs in Western food. Let us relieve homesickness in a foreign country, satisfy our stomachs, and not miss home after eating.
