Ingredients
Steps
-
Melt butter in water and set aside;
-
Sift low-gluten flour and set aside;
-
Mix powdered sugar and butter and beat with a whisk until the powdered sugar melts;
-
Then add 1 egg liquid in three batches and mix the butter thoroughly;
-
Add sifted low-gluten flour and beat until the butter and flour are fully blended, until a smooth and non-sticky dough is formed;
-
Take out the dough and place it thinly into a baking pan (if you don’t have a pie plate, you have to use a baking pan instead). Press the edge 2cm high, poke it with a fork (to prevent it from bulging during baking) and bake it in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 10 minutes.
-
Take another container, mix the remaining flour, eggs, water, and salad oil (you can add an appropriate amount of condensed milk for sweetness) and mix evenly and set aside;
-
Pour the mixed liquid filling into the pie crust 80% full, spread the sliced yellow peach slices evenly, brush the surface with salad oil, place it in the middle of the oven at 160 degrees for 30 minutes, then take it out of the oven and put it on a plate.
