I’ve recently fallen in love with whole grains, and I’m making all kinds of them! Today, I also received a gift from Gourmet World on Foodie Day 4.27, an ACA paper charger! I wish that the food world will get better and better. There are many activities like this for everyone to participate in!

Prepare all ingredients

Take out the butter and mix all the ingredients in a bread machine

Add butter after the first cycle. Just knead it into the hand mold

Steam the purple sweet potato in advance and add sugar to make purple sweet potato puree

After fermentation, exhaust air

After deflating, divide it into three parts of the same size and roll it into a beef tongue shape, then spread it with purple sweet potato puree and roll it up from one end

Then put it into the mold (use oil paper for demolding) for secondary fermentation 😊 Then preheat the oven to 180℃ and bake for 30 minutes
