Steps
-
Wash and peel the pumpkin, put it into a steamer and steam it until cooked
-
Ripe pumpkin pressed into puree
-
Then add flour,,,add yeast powder mixed with boiling water,,,add a spoonful of sugar,,(actually pumpkin itself is sweet and has a lot of water, you don’t need to add sugar if you don’t like it too sweet), stir thoroughly,
-
Keep kneading, keep kneading, keep kneading, keep kneading,,, the softer the better,,,,,, put it in a basin, let it sit for two hours, and ferment until it doubles in size
-
Follow the same method as above to steam the purple sweet potato (you can steam the purple sweet potato at the same time as you steam the pumpkin)
-
According to the same method as above, press the purple sweet potato into a puree, add flour, add yeast powder mixed with boiling water,,,add a spoonful of sugar,,(you can add no sugar),,,knead and knead until the softer, the bigger the fermentation will be, and let it sit for 2 hours (fermentation process)

I forgot to take a photo of the wrapping. You can use the purple sweet potato as the filling and the yellow one as the skin. You can also use the pumpkin flour as the filling. The purple sweet potato can be used as this.
-
Knead it into a glutinous rice ball, at least twice the size of a glutinous rice ball. It is a steamed bun after all. After wrapping it, cut it crosswise and vertically with a knife. Cut it into a cross shape. It will look like this
-
After wrapping, you can leave it for about 10 minutes to wake up the wrapped dough,,,
-
If you only have an electric pressure cooker, just press the cooking button and it will be steamed. This is the finished product.

Here are a few more pictures of the finished product,,,,hehe,,,it feels so accomplished
