Today I bring you a simple and delicious dish called Chicken Braised in Provence. Provence is located in southern France, stretching from the Alps in the north to the Pyrenees in the south. It is a world-famous lavender hometown and tourist attraction. Alas, I really want to go there, but I have thought too much.
