Braised sea bass head
Overview
A friend gave me a huge sea bass, just this size is enough for a family of three to eat. The seabass meat is tender and has very few bones, so it tastes great.

Wash the sea bass head and prepare ginger and garlic

Heat oil in pan and sauté ginger and garlic

Fry the sea bass on both sides and add cooking wine

Put dark soy sauce and light soy sauce

Add salt

Put some sweet chili sauce

Turn on the water and bring it to a boil, then reduce the heat to medium-low

When the fish head is cooked, the juice is reduced and sprinkled with chopped green onion
