  1. Wash the clams with clean water (a tip for removing sand, boil the clams in boiling water until they open)

  2. Chop onion, ginger, garlic and chili

  3. Heat the oil and stir-fry peppercorns, onions, ginger, garlic and chilies. Add the boiled clams and stir-fry. Add bean paste, dark soy sauce and vinegar. Stir-fry for 3 minutes. Add a small bowl of water. Simmer for about 3 minutes (high heat), serve on a plate
