Secret braised chicken neck

My daughter-in-law is pregnant. I want to make some chicken necks to supplement her. It’s hard for my wife to be pregnant.

Cut the chicken neck into sections and blanch in water. After blanching, rinse with cold water.

When the oil is 50% hot, add onions, ginger and garlic. Fry until fragrant and add the blanched chicken neck.

During the frying process, add bean paste, tempeh, and soybean curd (mainly for coloring). Add various seasonings and stir-fry until colored. Add water and simmer for fifteen minutes (if you want it to be a little softer, put it in a pressure cooker) and finally reduce the juice over high heat.

When serving, sprinkle with BBQ paprika and cumin. It tastes like barbecue.
