At the end of December, I brought taro, ginger and green onions to my hometown 😂😂. Paired with the cured pork ribs I made before, it is fragrant and delicious, full of the taste of home 😜😜

Prepare ingredients

Peel and slice the taro😃, marinate in ginger and oyster sauce for about 15 minutes. Soak the ribs in water for 5 minutes and wash them thoroughly.

Place taro on the bottom, put the cured pork ribs on top, and steam over high heat for 30 minutes😍

Top the Hershey's wine with minced ginger and chopped green onion, cover and steam for about 3 minutes.
