Five-spice duck tongue
Overview
Duck tongue is usually only seen in restaurants or delicatessens, but I don't dare to buy it because it is unhygienic. I went to the supermarket today and happened to see fresh duck tongue that I couldn’t usually buy. I came back and made it myself. The sauce is rich in flavor and you can eat it with confidence
