Stir-fried Pork Mushrooms with Five-Spice Bacon
Overview
The elderly at home dried the bacon. After I tried it, I always felt that it lacked a bit of flavor and was not fragrant enough, so I thought it would be better to mix it with five-spice powder and fry it. Sure enough, the fried mushrooms made with bacon made in this way are very flavorful and delicious, and can be eaten with rice or wine!
